The compensation you deserve for the work you most likely already doing.
Lenders have a history of wanting business from real estate agents and in most cases offering little in return. BRIGHTON BANK is the very first national lender changing that, giving agents, brokers and team leaders the ability to serve their clients far better by getting their federal mortgage license, without all the red tape normally associated with getting their state license. And Brighton Bank doesn't want our agent partners taking on more work. Hence the reason why we created the very first Digital Point of Sale system which totally automates the process of loan application, making our agent partners fully RESPA compliant so we can legally pay you out on mortgage origination.
Our Hybrid Agent program allows you to:
Serve your clients better
Legally get paid for mortgage origination
Can be utilized by agents, broker owners, and more
What I like most now is the one stop shop. My clients like that I can originate loans. I can list their property or sell them a property. They like the one stop shop. They know they can call one person and get all their questions answered. I’ve been doing both for 21 years and my clients really like it

A Hybrid Agent is a licensed real estate agent and a licensed mortgage loan originator who provides real estate and digital mortgage services to clients for an all-in- one, full-service experience.
A Hybrid Agent must be an active licensed real estate agent or broker with a minimum number of buyer-side closed transactions in the most recent 12 months. Solo agents, team leaders, and entire brokerages can become Hybrid Agents, provided their cumulative transactions meet the minimum production.
Hybrid Agents offer a better, faster, and simpler service, making the home buying experience more transparent and efficient for clients.
Do hybrid agents need to pass the national SAFE Test or individual state licensing tests?
No, as an FDIC bank regulated federally, Hybrid Agents only need to complete 20 hours of pre-licensing education and transfer their NMLS license to Brighton Bank to be fully licensed in all 50 states.
We developed our Digital Point of Sale (POS) platform that Hybrid Agents can send to their clients to apply for a mortgage loan. It automates the loan application process, including credit check, asset verification, underwriting approval, rate quoting and more.

The POS compiles all the data and runs automatic underwriting. This allows the client to receive either a pre-qualification or pre-approval letter in seconds.
